We are a locally owned boutique luxury vacation rental property management company that manages approximately 90 properties in and around Rosemary Beach, FL, on the east end of 30A. We are looking for an experienced maintenance tech to be part of a team that can wow our guests and property owners and have fun doing it.

The maintenance team is responsible for proactive and reactive property maintenance and keeping our properties in excellent condition. You will be provided with any tools and supplies needed, as well as a vehicle to carry out your job responsibilities effectively. $18 - $22 hourly

• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
• Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
• Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed
• Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed

• Ensure homes are inspected properly to maintain functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair, making notes and recommendations using company software systems
• Ensure detailed maintenance inspections of properties are done on a regular and scheduled basis
• Making minor repairs to properties as needed such as lighting, basic HVAC work, plumbing, painting, drywall repairs, carpentry, doors/lock adjustments, and general handyman skills
• Utilize maintenance application for rental software updates; take pictures of broken items, review work orders, etc.
• Install, diagnose issues, and repair Audio/Video & WIFI

• Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and and electrical systems
• Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
