****Signing Bonus Offered******Global Company looking for skilled maintenance technician in Oakland County. Will need to provide own tools and have reliable transportation. Will perform all types of work including but not limited to grounds maintenance, drywall, carpentry, masonry, electric, painting and plumbing. Work is mostly outdoors. Candidates are expected to be punctual, be able to read and follow direction, communicate effectively and efficiently with clients and team members alike, provide excellent customer service skills, and have pride in their work. In addition, need to be available 24/7 for emergencies during your on call which is paid at an overtime rate. Drug test and background check required. Compensation is based on experience and skill level.
