We are looking for a qualified Maintenance Personager to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a professional attitude and a desire to be part of a team who values hard work, integrity and excellence. Responsibilities include supervising, evaluating and motivating employees; planning, scheduling, monitoring and debriefing employees; following all safety procedures; maintaining department inventory; keeping structures in good condition; and accurately documenting information.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a plan for implementing changes in order to solve maintenance problems.
- Analyze data to determine maintenance trends.
- Examine variables to determine their effect on equipment performance.
- Identify and implement cost-effective solution to problems.
- Perform maintenance on building and equipment.
- Manage technicians and service workers.
