The Maintenance Technician assists the Maintenance Supervisor in carrying out the service processes of the property to ensure our residents have a well-maintained home. We are looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair issues relating to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances
- Ensure resident requested service orders are completed in a timely manner
- Pool cleaning and maintenance
- Assist in maintaining the property grounds to provide for first-class curb appeal
- Make-ready apartments for new move-ins
- Rotate on-call for 24-hour maintenance
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years apartment maintenance experience
- Top-notch customer service skills and professionalism
- Knowledge of plumbing, appliance repair, and electrical required
- CFC/EPA Certification
- CPO preferred
- Reliable transportation required
