Maintenance Technician Job at Meadow Homes
Meadow Homes is a startup vacation rental management company focused on Northeast ski and lake destinations, with homes in Mount Snow, Okemo, Sunapee, Hunter and the Berkshires. We are growing rapidly, adding on average two homes per month.
Meadow targets upscale homes: it is a curated collection of design-focused properties well catered to friends and families looking to escape for a week, weekend, or beyond. The homes are generally on the larger side with elevated amenities (hot tubs, ping pong, pool, etc.). We pride ourselves on attentive, warm interaction with both owners and guests, serving as the preferred local partner for the destinations we operate in.
Founded in February 2022, Meadow Homes currently manages ~20 homes. We are looking for qualified maintenance techs to take lead roles in ensuring the quality and safety of all of our homes, and helping Meadow grow into the leading vacation rental management company in our destinations.

As an early team member, you’ll have the opportunity to help establish the team culture, company direction, and have true discretion in setting up systems and processes.
Need: Capable, independent, and entrepreneurial person to take point on maintenance including responding to maintenance calls, designing and implementing preventative maintenance schedules, and coordinating and overseeing subcontractor work. The ideal candidate will have carpentry & repair skills, multiple years of maintenance experience, and a willingness to travel.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing routine maintenance check-ups for each property
- Coordinating, overseeing, and paying subcontractors for larger repairs
- Communicating with operations team to remediate any emergency issues
- Coordinating deliveries and install of furniture, operating supplies, and equipment
- Coordinating seasonal preparation (winterization / summer adjustments)
- Visiting all rentals on a regular basis to ensure standards are upheld
- Maintain maintenance records and receipts
- Organizing tasks lists and updating ownership regularly with progress and outstanding items

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
