Maintenance Technician Job at Perry Reid Properties
Perry Reid Properties is seeking an energetic Maintenance Tech with a positive attitude. Our company truly believes that teamwork is everything and we are looking to grow our current maintenance team to better serve our residents. This position is located in Johnston, IA.
This is an entry-level position and we are willing to train the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be dependable, willingness to work hard, and a great attitude. This position requires some evening and weekend on-call hours. Candidate must have a valid driver's license and their own hand tools.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Daily grounds clean up
- routine property maintenance
- Plumbing/Electrical/HVAC
- Snow removal and lawncare
- Unit turnovers including painting, carpet tear out and other tasks
