Position Title: Maintenance Training Coordinator
Location: Green River, WY

Key Responsibilities:
  • All training requirements in area
  • All 5000-23 Training documentation
  • Training records to meet ISO 9000 and MSHA/OSHA requirements
  • Oversee onboarding training
  • Maintain the training Matrix
  • Schedule required annual training for maintenance team
  • Maintain training matrix for maintenance team
  • Oversee leadership/team building training
  • Schedule required annual training
Activities:
  • Initial orientation of new employees to area
  • Final sign-off of maintenance training with input from others
  • Track progress of the job training (OJT) for maintenance
  • Annual 5000-23 recertification of qualified Mechanics and Electricians
  • Develop, draft, and train plant personnel on equipment, procedures, and processes, as required
  • Work with other trainers on coordinating facility training needs
  • Maintain plant historical information and keep training manuals current
  • Provide process training to maintenance team
  • Coordinate maintenance training for employees
  • Support ISO 9000 efforts
  • Perform progression tests with the technicians and coordinate with Human Resources
Skill, Capability and Educational Requirements:
Required Skills and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED and 5 years plant maintenance experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and drive for results
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Training Specialist/Coordinator experience
  • Supervisory experience
Final determination on pay grade will be made by HR and company leadership considering the candidate’s education, experience, past performance, demonstrated leadership and influence.
