Maintenance Worker Job at LINCOLN TECH
Lincoln Technical Institute's Grand Prairie, TXcampus is looking for a dedicated Maintenance person to perform general upkeep of the entire property, including responding to work orders, maintenance issues, and any assigned projects in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Performs all types of routine maintenance work.
- Services onsite equipment and machinery.
- Conducts monthly maintenance and safety checks in buildings, and of machinery and equipment.
- Responds to after-hours maintenance calls, when required.
- Performs inventory control and tracking.
Skills & Experience
- High-school diploma or equivalent experience/training
- General handyman experience, including general knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and building trades.
- Ability to transport, handle and/or lift up to 75lbs.
