Super 8 Hardin is seeking a dynamic and motivated person to work with us in our maintenance department. This is a hotel facility maintenance position requiring a neat clean appearance with good communication and people skills.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Perform minor and major repairs in guest rooms and throughout the building
- Inspect hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards
- Landscaping and upkeep of the grounds
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems
- Ensure all reported issues are handled in a timely and efficient manner
- Respond to emergency maintenance and security situations
Requirements:
- Low to medium knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
- Background in general maintenance or trade skills
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Positive and polite attitude
- Dependable transportation
