Management Analyst III Job at Systems Resource Management
Systems Resource Management, Inc. (SRM) is currently seeking a Management Analyst III to support a client at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT).
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide program management support services to NUWCDIVNPT.
- Perform technical reviews and analyze project requirements, schedules, and execution plans to identify problem areas and provide recommendations to resolve program issues.
- Draft, edit, revise, coordinate and compile documentation including; speeches, technical papers and presentations, biographies; training information; and instructional guides.
- Provide support for meetings to include meeting coordination, development of agendas, action items, and presentation materials.
- Attend meetings for the purpose of capturing action items, generating meeting minutes, and to collect and compile information to support Sponsor meetings and reviews.
- Analyze relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, or expenditures. Interview managers and employees while observing their operations. Develop solutions to problems. While preparing recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.
- Report findings and recommendations to the Government usually submitted in writing, but oral presentations regarding findings also are common.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in a business or technical field
- 10 or more years experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail; effective at organizing, prioritizing and multi-tasking.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
