DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge, while promoting the culture and values of Popeyes;
- Follow Popeyes policies and procedures, including those for cash handling as well as safety and security;
- Meet or exceed standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness;
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Open and close the restaurant;
- Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service;
- Willing to train and develop to become a strong Popeyes team;
- Provide feedback, and communicate with other management staff and General Manager
- Execute operations to prevent any problems or concerns.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Some restaurant experience required
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Enjoy working with guests and team members
- Able to learn Popeyes operations and objectives
- Able to take direction and delegate responsibilities
