The EMT Program is an intensive 2 to 3 year rotational program that is designed to give the right individual the opportunity to discover their career path while also gaining experience in various industry roles such as IT, graphic design, customer service, manufacturing, and administrative support.

Each rotation of the program will last 3 to 6 months where the individual will have the opportunity to learn a wide variety of skills within various departments including: Finance, Sales, HR, Production, Web, and Account Management. Each of the departments will have a list of responsibilities such as, technical support, data collection and entry, product QC, analyzing web data, and client relations. A successful candidate of the Entourage Management Training Program will have the opportunity to step into a position within a permanent department after completion of the program.

Asst. Account Manager & Graphic Designer:

As a Yearbook Publishing Company, we work with thousands of clients ranging from schools to church groups, military units, corporate books, etc and we have individuals who are trained to work with our schools and correspond with them via email and phone as account managers. Our account managers are a special selection of professionals who are upbeat, friendly, and outgoing but are also very organized, good at multitasking and prioritizing their workload.

This is not a sales position, it is a customer service and technical support position for yearbook advisors who are building a yearbook. It important to have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow. However, we require that a successful candidate has a background in graphic design

Preferred Skills and Qualities:

- Associate degree or higher

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suites required; experience in SQL, Adobe InDesign, or HTML / CSS a plus

- Strong desire to learn about and eventually take on management roles

- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, intense, and ever-evolving environment

- Ability to adapt to various work environments, teams, and leadership styles

- Demonstrated passion for achieving success

- Demonstrated and successful leadership skills gained either academic, professional, or extracurricular activities

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
