Your impact
The Manager, Business Operations will play a key role in managing Correlation One's live, online competition programs. In particular, this person will help manage one of our new competition programs, working directly with a Fortune 500 enterprise client. The Program Manager will work with the Operations and Product team to ensure high-function in our data science competitions.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent project and program manager, able to execute competing deadlines and tasks involving multiple stakeholders. They will play a key role in supporting Correlation One's growth strategy and operations. They will leverage effective communications skills to build partnerships, and manage high-value relationships with our clients along with partners in industry and academia. In addition, they will provide marketing and operational support to our industry-leading data science competitions and diversity programs.

A day in the life:
- Help launch our new program and other events including Correlation One's industry-leading data science competitions and diversity programs.
- Run stellar competition programs, including making sure personnel are operating well and course technology is working.
- Provide stellar client servicing and project management oversight.
- Create a friendly, professional learning environment by troubleshooting user needs.
- Collaborate with the internal team and develop insights about class function for the wider operations, strategy, and curriculum teams, as we continue to scale.
Your expertise:
- Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Solid professional experience, ideally in project or program management, including in other educational or training institutions
- Experience managing cross-functional, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong, executive-ready written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office Suite, especially Powerpoint and Excel
- Familiarity with Slack and Zoom
- Strong work ethic, ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Proactive approach, high attention to detail, and a quick learner
- Passionate about educational outcomes and the success of both learners and staff

- This role is remote and can be located anywhere that is compatible with the EST time zone. We are headquartered in New York City and have office space in Midtown Manhattan.
