Summary/Objective:

The Manager of Customer Supply Chain Services will be responsible for leading a team of customer focused specialists to maximize customer value and drive a culture of customer centricity within the supply organization. The position reports to the Vice President of Supply Chain and the role is designed to own the strategic operational relationship with the customer to deliver the right product, in the right place, at the right to time to consistently meet our customers’ expectations.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage a team of customer focused supply chain specialists to drive value stream improvements to our customers.
  • Establish customer scorecards and manage them with team members to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead team to identify opportunities for increasing supply chain flexibility, optimizing business processes, enabling technologies and maximizing supply chain efficiency with our customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop customer specific action plans to improve KPI’s and effective customer programs.
  • Responsible for influencing senior and customer leaders on issues that affect business transaction effectiveness and efficiency, aligning sales and supply chain objectives.
  • Partner with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales, Operations, Business Development & Sales to drive team and organizational objectives.
  • Active involvement with Sales and Operations planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience using ERP systems and MRP platforms (experience with Infor M3 highly preferred)
  • Experience in collaborating with customers and developing strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Strong Knowledge of the interdependencies between sales, customer supply chain, Logistics Operations, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Inventory Management & Operations Planning
  • 5+ years of supply chain or procurement experience ideally within the food industry
  • 5 years’ experience managing teams with multiple direct reports.
