Garrett's Family Market has an opening for a Manager in Training at our Mashpee location.

What will you do?

• Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service according to the operating standards of the company.
• Consult with District Manager and/or Director of Retail Operations concerning disciplinary action and promotions.
• Interview, employ, and train all facility employees
• Responsible for meeting sales and labor objectives
