Manager of Corporate Development – Industrial & Commercial Services
Our client is a highly reputable upper middle-market industrial and commercial services business operating on a national scale. The business continues to thrive with a focus on providing best-in-class services across multiple industry sectors.
We are seeking a corporate development leader to support significant growth initiatives by working through a pipeline of acquisition targets. Our mandate requires a process-oriented doer mentality in addition to a demonstrated history steeped in end-to-end acquisition process including business assessment, valuation, contract negotiation, integration planning and post-closing issue resolution. This position requires a professional leader with exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work in an entrepreneurial, deadline driven environment. You will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, building analytical models and overseeing due diligence while supporting the business through all post-deal integrations.
Our client has a strong preference for individuals with experience in the investment banking industry, private equity sector or with a large company high volume transaction acquisition background where they have gained strong analytical and financial modelling skills. You must be able to travel regularly (several days per week) on a local and national scale and continually develop relationships across the industry.
This position offers an attractive compensation package including a competitive base salary and lucrative bonus potential.
