YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking a Manager of LMS and E-Learning to lead our Learning Management System (LMS), manage creation of training content, be a vocal advocate to drive more usage of our current LMS and manage a team of two team members. This person is responsible for integrating and aligning learning and performance strategy with the business strategy. In this role, you will anticipate capabilities needed to execute on strategic priorities and lead cross-functional teams to deliver business impact through strategically sequenced, continuous learning and performance initiatives that optimize performance and sustain targeted behavior change.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Strategically prioritize current and future state training needs. Identify learning gaps in the organization by monitoring internal needs, finding best fit learning resources and implementing solutions in a timely manner- Serve as a strategic partner to Brand Partners and internal business leaders to identify workforce planning opportunities and solutions
- Identify best practices for LMS and ways to improve our current system. Manage the relationship with our LMS vendor and partner with them to improve ease of use
- Collaborate with Brand Partner and their teams to increase LMS usage, troubleshoot and share reporting
- Manage two designers who create training content
- Analytical and reporting capabilities – able to summarize data succinctly and identify action items based on the data
- Exceptional project management abilities and demonstrated ability to navigate multiple priorities.
- Able to build relationships and rally team members toward a common goal
- Work in a fast pace, agile environment. Must be able to pivot successfully manage change

Frequent use of a computer and other technology essential to the successful completion of your everyday role responsibilities, often in a seated position.
- Frequent use of mental energy while gathering, documenting, analyzing, and communicating information with cross-functional colleagues, vendors, and extended Wingstop team.
- Routine need to shift priorities among simultaneous projects, while upholding quality and sense of urgency.
- Less than 10% travel. Work from home on Fridays
