About this Role
We’re looking for an intelligent, driven professional to manage our Quality function. You’ll be responsible for a data-driven quality function that is tightly integrated with production and enables business process management and continuous improvement initiatives that have quality at their core.

What You'll Do
- Enhance the QA/QC and training subject matter expertise of the organization and work to enable team for continued scalability, growth and improved execution
- Partner closely with Workflow Operations to monitor QA and target capacity building to enable operations to deliver on service level commitments
- Partner with Analytics and Customer Success to drive customer data quality dashboards for internal tracking and market differentiation positioning with clients
- Support QA and Training teams to create and execute a proactive feedback cycle between quality assurance and training functions to target interventions that will improve production and reduce the lead time of continuous improvement
- Continuously improve training approach, delivery, content, and SOPs to reduce ramp-up time of offshore BPO agents by ensuring relevance, discoverability and scalability of resources
- Leverage analytical and statistical approaches to identify root causes for quality concerns and opportunities to remediate them through process improvement and re-training
- Partner with Product and Engineering to design the functionality that enables an industry leading quality assurance environment for scaling our human in the loop model
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, ad-hoc analyses, and scalable processes for company-wide reporting. Own the “source of truth” when it comes to quality
What We Look For
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and training in operations involving outsourced, offshore staff
- Proven experience building and/or managing a quality management system e.g. TQM, Six Sigma, etc.
- Experienced people manager with demonstrated ability to develop, grow, and motivate quality and training professionals
- Familiarity with SQL and Python are a plus
- Insurance or manufacturing QA/QC operations experience a plus
- Working in a high-growth startup environment is a plus
- A passion for finding insights in data and driving change based on those insights
- Ability to think creatively and critically while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment
- Team player excited to work cross-functionally and build relationships, especially with engineering partners in data management and analytics initiatives
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership
