Manager - Physical Security Operations Center Job at Equifax
This position will oversee the Global Physical Security Operations Center. The PSOC Manager will lead a team of contract specialists and two supervisors
What you will do:
You will provide 24 hour monitoring and response of physical security systems, including Physical Access Control, NVMS/CCTV, Physical Intrusion, Incident Management and Intelligence reporting platforms. Must be willing to work flexible hours and should be available for overtime as the situation requires.
What experience you need:
Expetise in physical security concepts and applications; access control platforms (C*CURE) and video surveillance systems (Avigilon ); intelligence monitoring and reporting applications (Ontic)
Experience managing a 24 hour operations center; including scheduling and administrative functions
A minimum of three years management experience
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a small to medium sized teams
Excellent computer skills in G-Suite
High level confidentiality and security awareness
Bachelor's degree or five years equivalent relevant experience in a related field
What will set you apart:
Bilingual or multilingual speaker with knowledge of pronunciation rules and natural language processing is a plus
Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast paced and quickly-changing environment
Able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, periodic overtime and unscheduled shifts
Excellent research, writing, and critical thinking skills; ability to effectively and independently compile high-level Situation Reports and After Action Reports
Excellent time-management, communication, presentation, and organizational skills required
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload based on urgency; and communicate to a range of audiences
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills
