As a Manufacturing Engineer - CNC MAchinist, you are at the heart of our production operations, ensuring that every part we manufacture is top-notch and meets our high-quality standards. Your computer operator role is crucial in keeping our production floor running smoothly and efficiently, and you'll work directly with our production supervisor and engineering staff to achieve our sustainable technology company's production and R and D goals.

Your day begins with a burst of energy as you clock in and gear up for action. In this engineering position, you start by accurately translating blueprints to manufacture parts, using your keen eye for detail to ensure precision in every cut, drill, and mill. Following all work orders and travelers provided by the company, you make sure that everything is in order to kick off a successful day of production.

With your positive attitude and commitment to continual improvement, you maintain clean, organized, and debris-free work areas. You take pride in practicing lean manufacturing skills in all areas of the shop, always seeking ways to optimize processes and reduce manufacturing costs without compromising quality.
