We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Program Manager (Launch Manager)- New Business for our West Point, MS plant. This person will ensure the manufacturing readiness for all product launches by leading a cross functional team in defining and executing facility, process, and staffing activities on time and to budget.

Responsibilities:

• Compile detailed timeline for all manufacturing launch activities such as facilities, people, materials, processes, training, validation, etc. needed to support start of production and then ensure that each step is completed on time
• Support new business opportunities by compiling detailed cost estimates that outline the manufacturing plan for that product (including process flow, equipment, hours, etc.)
• Support design for manufacture optimization on new product development
• Manage multiple ongoing programs simultaneously, managing and resolving conflicting priorities
• Represent the manufacturing organization in the Integrated Product Platform cross functional team
• Ensure that Capex, operating expenses, and production efficiencies are in line with the plan
• Create statement of work or any new equipment or facility updates required for the program

Key Metrics:

• - Manufacturing launch milestones implemented according to schedule
• - Capex, operating expenses, production efficiencies implemented according to estimates
• - Start of production and production ramp up according to schedule

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• At least 7 years of relevant experience
• Project Management skills; well-versed in relevant software (e.g., Cad, MS Office).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and fabrication methods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
