Our shift schedule: Our Manufacturing Supervisors work 12 hour shifts. This position may work a rotating shift or potentially a straight night shift/day shift or weekend night shift.
How you’ll make a difference:

• Champion and drive the safety of all team members
• Build a high-performing work team, coaching employees to achieve continuous improvements
• Ensure that your team has proper qualifications, is properly trained, and is motivated to work productively both as part of a team and individually
• Review and manage production schedules daily, coordinate and assign employees as required and in accordance with budgeted staffing numbers
• Measure line performance against Key Performance Indicators and identify and eliminate the root cause of manufacturing delays and/or reduced throughput
• Maintain a high level of customer awareness throughout the manufacturing process and focus on delivering printed material that meets established standards of quality

Your experience and expertise:

• 5+ years of in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Thorough understanding of line design flow principles and mechanical theory
• Continuous improvement mindset using lean manufacturing methodology
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse group of employees
• Excellent working knowledge of safety programs and OSHA regulations
• Must demonstrate the ability to communicate at multiple levels of the organization
