Marina Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures a strong presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts.
• Manage the forecasting, ordering and Sales process with our Manufactures. Current manufacturers include, Manitou, Iguana, Montara, X-Shore and Alumacraft Boats, Hoosier and Genesis trailers and our Mercury Engines line.
• Maintain an updated web presence of new inventory
• Attend and represent Marina and Product Lines at Boat Shows, including Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, and local.
• Travel and overnight stays including weekends are essential.
• Support General Manager and Service Manager with general operations of the marina.
• Responsible to facilitate inventory management and ordering of all core product lines
• Maintain continuing education on all product lines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
