Market Sales Manager Job at Red Diamond, Inc.
National coffee and tea manufacturer looking for a Market Sales Manager representing our sales across all distributor channels including food service, coffee service, and national chain accounts. Works alongside sales employees from major foodservice distributor customers to grow Red Diamond sales of tea or coffee. Effectively plans and executes sales presentations to existing or prospective customers as the Red Diamond representative. Reviews market analysis to determines customer needs, volume potential, price schedule, and other terms. Develop sales campaigns. Participate in key sales situations for the company. Works food shows to demonstrate product. Travel up to 75% of the time. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business or related field plus 3 years job-related food/beverage distributor sales experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Food or beverage sales experience required. Knowledge of sales practices and principles. Knowledge of business math. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent sales and customer service skills. Proficient skill with personal computer and job-related software including MicroSoft Office products. Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills.
