Marketing & Administrative Assistant
General Summary
The agency Marketing and Administrative Assistant is responsible for aiding members of the management team in any and all efforts related to agency marketing and other administrative duties. As such, the role will be wide-ranging, and touch many different knowledge areas.
Primary Responsibilities & Duties

- Manage all administrative tasks as assigned.
- Coordinate conference calls and schedule meetings.
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications.
- Provide professional customer service by phone, E-mail and in person.
- Coordinate special projects.
- Assist with online scheduling of caregivers.
- Assist with caregiver recruiting efforts, including:
- Management of job listings
- Screening
- Pre-interviews
- Scheduling of Appointments
- Schedule caregiver appointments with clients
- Perform in-home wellness checks with clients and caregivers at their home.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including:
- Community outreach
- Assist with sales promotions using phone, E-mail and in person.
- Management of all incoming leads, and updating information on CRM.
- Assist with tracking of referral sources.
- Management of social media pages, and accounts.
- Creating marketing content.
- Posting of regular media updates, including photos, social media posts, and blog posts.
Required Qualifications
- At lease one year of relevant experience
- Valid Texas driver’s license
- Must enjoy working with seniors
- Must be able to pass required background checks
- Experience with CRM software
- Thorough knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Level II Background Screening
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
