What’s the role?

The Marketing Analyst position is responsible for analyzing data from different sources to identify opportunities for Nowlake companies. This person will research patterns, develop/present reporting, and segmentation for Nowlake products and businesses. The position is responsible for measuring performance across marketing initiatives and channels, as well as researching and assessing marketplace conditions to identify areas of growth and branding strategies based on research patterns they've identified through their research. Other areas of influence are understanding the competitive landscape and market share potential for Nowlake and developing usable reports and briefs for management. The selected candidate will contribute to the delivery of smart marketing and creative strategies through the knowledge of data, research, and customer insights.

What you’ll do as our Marketing Analyst?

• Analyzing sales funnels, customer intent, Marketing trends, and KPI’s
• Measuring performance of online and offline campaigns
• Research & monitor in-market product penetration, product mix, and growth opportunities
• Monitor competitors in the industry
• Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)
• Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
• Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
• Recommend website and campaign optimizations
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new and existing client acquisition/expansion
• Work collaboratively with business heads of affiliates to improve strategy, profitability, and growth
• Work to enhance relationships with strategic partners

Qualities we look for in our Marketing Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, finance, math, statistics, or related field
• A minimum of 2-4 years of Marketing Analytics experience, preferably in the automotive online space
• Experience with Google Analytics, MySQL, SQL Server
• Strong knowledge of research, data collection, statistics, data analysis methodologies, tools, and technical capabilities to support analytics
• Strong MS Office tools skill set, especially Excel
• General programming skills to include knowledge of statistical programs (i.e. SAS, SAP, SPSS, Matlab, etc.) and/or advanced database programs is desired
• Ability to meet many short-term and long-term goals.
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Strong verbal and writing skills
• Use process-oriented approach in project planning and document creation

What’s the expected pay for this role?

• $60,000 to $75,000 USD per year.
• The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable
