Marketing and Sales Assistant

We have an immediate opportunity for a Full Time Marketing and Sales Assistant to create, support, and maintain marketing and sales activities at American Health Connection. This position requires a combination of knowledge and skills in marketing campaigns and social media management. This position will be on-site at our Beverly Hills corporate office, paid parking.

The primary job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining and creating automated email campaigns, content for the company website, and other marketing collateral.
  • Crafting promotional emails and presentations.
  • Assisting with the implementation of marketing communications materials and special events.
  • Partner with sales team to coordinate sales activities and reporting metrics.
  • Conduct research to find and generate new clients
  • Managing the company’s social media presence by creating content and managing all of its platforms; keeping accounts relevant, innovative, and engaging.
  • Ensuring consistent and professional brand messaging across all marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinating, editing, and posting in-house videos.
  • Other duties and/or projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum of 2 years sales and/or marketing experience. Healthcare services/products preferred.

· Proven success in personally developing referrals.

· Knowledge of CRMs and marketing automation tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, Zoominfo, hubspot, Zoom, Teams, Excel, videos, gotowebinars, etc). Microsoft tools, Adobe and similar programs.

· Ability to handle multiple projects with varied timelines, respond to shifting priorities.

· Exceptional problem solving, writing and communication skills.

· Self-motivated and able to work independently.

· Must be a team player and have the ability to establish working relationships both internally and externally.

· Professional image in both appearance and behavior, exhibiting high self-confidence, enthusiasm, assertiveness and a desire to succeed.

Rate: $20-25 per hour DOE

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
