Job Title – Marketing Coordinator (On-Site Position)

Job Description

Denso North America is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help create and promote its corporate identity and corrosion prevention products manufactured for the energy industry. You will support the Marketing Manager in the design and execution of ideas, design, and trade show events to promote Denso’s marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, detail-oriented, and able to undertake a variety of marketing tasks ranging from design, strategy, content creation, and event planning & execution. The right person should be able to work diligently under pressure and have the ability to work with different departments and teams, as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities that You Will Learn

• Develop an understanding of Denso products and systems to market them effectively.
• Help support and contribute to the development of digital and social marketing content and initiatives.
• Assist in making updates to content, for our website, catalog, advertisements, and so forth.
• Provide copy for press releases to publications.
• Help ensure all marketing materials and content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice for all channels.
• Help with potential trade show from planning, packing, set-up, dismantling, and attending local shows.
• Help plan and coordinate in-house events.
• Able to present new marketing ideas to increase the Denso brand awareness/exposure within the industry.
• May perform other duties as assigned and requested.

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

• Someone with the ability to wear many hats as you will have a chance to possibly do it all here.
• Comfortable in doing product design work, such as updating catalog pages and more.
• Strong written skills with proven ability to create compelling content.
• Proven knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
• Software Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of WordPress and website updating a plus
• Plus if you have experience in the following: Cludo, Google Analytics, Google Ads
• Ability to contribute to creative marketing solutions and provide graphic design services to create the necessary collateral.
• Must be energetic, flexible, hands-on and team player.
• Must be a self-starter and not afraid to present ideas on increasing a company’s exposure.
• Must have strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail.
• Must have own transportation.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

• If a recent grad, must have 3.0 or higher GPA.

Education / Qualifications:

Recent Graduate or Professional with a degree in Graphic Design / Advertising or Marketing.

Reports To:

Marketing Manager & General Manager.
