Rugged Trade is a local work wear store focused on serving the hard-working communities of Eastern New Mexico. We are a rapidly growing, family-owned company and are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating the flow of information and communication between our marketing team, retail stores, and executive team. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the flow of information between the marketing team, retail stores, and executive team.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings as needed to ensure smooth communication and collaboration, take clear notes throughout the meeting to be distributed to other teams.
• Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions for our retail stores, including email, social media, and in-store signage and displays.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and visual merchandising teams, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Capture photo and video assets for our marketing team to use on social media platforms.
• Respond to and follow up with customer questions and comments on our social media platforms.
• When not working on marketing directives, this role will assist with visual merchandising, customer service, and/or our retail sales floor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience in a facilitator’s role, preferably in marketing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email marketing platforms, and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to travel between stores (located in Carlsbad, Artesia, Roswell, and Hobbs).
