Position Summary
This position will coordinate the marketing support and tactics for ACSI resources and revenue-generating products including textbooks, trade paper, digital offerings, and assessments. Additionally, this role will support the outreach efforts through membership, specialized markets, and corporate communications.
This position will be performed from a home office anywhere in the continental United States.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and implement tactics for ACSI resources and revenue-generating products including textbooks, trade paper, digital offerings, and assessments
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and implement tactics for the outreach efforts through membership, specialized markets, and corporate communications
- Maintain relationship with partners providing revenue-sharing opportunities
- Work and collaborate with the Care Team, Sales team, and internal clients to provide marketing information or assistance so that strategic goals and outcomes are achieved
- Coordinate events and attend as needed, including booth display, material shipping, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate on development and implementation of a marketing communications strategy for various ACSI marketing needs
- Review market research and/or competition to understand customer behavior and needs as it relates to ACSI marketing initiatives and planning
- Develop and implement a strategy for marketing collateral that promotes engagement for target audiences and markets
- Advise and collaborate with ACSI departments and staff to create and distribute materials for ACSI audiences, internal and external promotional products, resources, and communication
- Monitor progress and review reports of project status and results throughout program lifecycle and after completion, in coordination with the Interim Vice President of Communications and Engagement, Information Technology Department, and external marketing vendors
- Analyze effectiveness and report results to the Interim Vice President of Communications and Engagement, team members, internal clients, and various stakeholder groups
- All other duties as assigned
Compensation and Benefits
Starting Salary Range: $48,600 - $54,000 based on experience, education, training, knowledge, skills, and internal and external equity.

Required Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Three to four or more years of experience in marketing/communications; non-profit marketing experience preferred
- Three to four or more years of experience in managing marketing process and/or project management preferred
- Experience working with Senior Leadership preferred
- Experience working with and managing outside marketing resources, agencies, and vendors
- Familiarity with marketing integration platforms such as HubSpot, Click Dimensions, Protech, or other platforms
- Proficiency in gathering online metrics (Google analytics) and interpreting and providing executive reporting that provides insights on digital objectives
- Experience in developing and maintaining organizational marketing calendar
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, across multiple clients, with varying delivery dates, leveraging multiple resources, in a fast-paced environment
- Solid consultation and collaboration skills; ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Significant organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Good conceptual and strategic problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Professional remote work environment in which to conduct videoconferences and phone calls
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10-15% by plane or automobile
- Driver’s License required to be kept current and in effect as a condition of employment
- Employee is regularly required to walk, sit, use hands and fingers, talk, and hear
- Essential duties require the use of computers to process information
- The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to read at close range and distinguish colors and contrasts
- The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
