We provide our customers with high-quality manufactured homes, finance, and insurance services as well as newly developed real estate locations in our mutliple communities. We have dealership and communities in Houston, Pearland, Lake Conroe, and Corpus Christi.
We are looking for a creative, self-motivated Marketing Manager (english/spanish) who can build a team and enhance our companies’ results. This person will be responsible for marketing strategies and must be able to lead integrated marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including databases, emails, social media, and advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report on the progress of digital marketing campaigns and evaluate the objectives set (KIP).
- Use your analytical skills to evaluate customer experience, considering communication channels. Lead and train the marketing team.
- Develop marketing strategies for the company's national expansion.
- Reviewing the different current campaigns to detect weak points or develop new ideas or solutions considering budget and timelines.
- Identifying new markets and creating a new marketing plan for the company.
- Maintain close relationships with teams to estimate product demands.
- Evaluating emerging technologies and giving detailed perspective on messaging, channels, and lead generation.
Requirements:
- Professional in business marketing, advertising, or another related field with 8+ years of experience in the area.
- Must be bilingual - English / Spanish
- 3+ years of experience leading teams, managing budgets, and extensive knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of marketing-relatedness practices including advertising, market research, technology, and budgeting.
- Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style to interact with team members, senior management, and customers.
