This is a hybrid position in Newton, MA, and requires someone who can work in person 3 days per week and remotely for 2 days. There is some flexibility in the schedule.

Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring marketing programs for PaxeraHealth product lines, as well as writing, proofreading, and editing creative and technical content across different mediums.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages social media channels and campaigns, growing followers/audiences
- Creates and manages eblast campaigns/newsletters
- Develops digital content for lead generation, brand awareness campaigns
- Creates collateral and media files including flyers, presentations/decks, screenshot editing, video, etc.
- Reviews website for errors, continuously enhances current content, and creates additional content as needed for new products and solutions.
- Plans and manages exhibits and trade shows for medical imaging in USA.
- Creates and maintains inventory of branded materials for special events.
- Communicates with current customers responding to their inquiries and reaching out to them to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitors results and data for all marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Provides general marketing support to the marketing, sales, and executive teams and works on special projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications is required
- Experience managing social media channels and campaigns, growing followers/audiences with the ability to monitor posts/campaigns and adjust communication strategies accordingly
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role (i.e. for an advertising or PR agency or other large company with multiple concurrent projects).
- Excellent command of the English language - written and verbal.
- Digital content creation and creative development experience.
- Experience using HTML is required, use of photo manipulation software is desired.
- marketing experience in B2B, preferably in healthcare, IT or SAAS.
- Must have strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Great communication skills and customer service skills.
- Must be able to travel occasionally as needed to trade shows/conferences, company meetings, presentations, etc.
