Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating Marketing projects and activities and will work closely with other departments within the company to ensure seamless execution from ideation to completion.
The role will be based out of the Chefman office located in Mahwah, NJ.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and execute thematic events (such as holidays) that align with the company's marketing strategy.
- Develop and execute product and brand campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of PR events and campaigns, including media relations, press releases, and content creation.
- Plan and coordinate all expo and trade show events, including booth design, logistics, and promotional materials.
- Help organize and execute sales meetings and demonstrations, including presentation materials and follow-up communication.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets, ensuring all marketing initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work collaboratively with other departments within the company, such as creative, sales, and product development, to ensure that all marketing projects align with overall company objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform and improve marketing strategies and tactics.
- Manage external agencies and vendors as needed to execute marketing initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns and events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
