This exciting role as a* Marketing Research Analyst *will be responsible for supporting market research projects, initiatives, and reporting. This will include a variety of activities including project management, data analysis, and report presentations.(add “conducting research”?)
This position will serve our Water Heater Division, located in Roswell, GA
WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist in the planning and execution of primary and secondary MARKET RESEARCH projects with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify business opportunities for products, services, marketing, and demand generation
• Devise/evaluate methods of collecting and leveraging data on customers, competitors, & market
• Design, deploy, and analyze surveys using tools such as Survey Monkey and Mentimeter
• Prepare reports that simplify complex data results into actionable insights and recommendations
• Manage and develop standardized reporting and dashboards for key marketing & research KPIs
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to support optimization efforts
• Proactively share and present research reports and data analysis throughout the organization
• Support and maintain a suite of market research tools & resources including the insights library
• Be a champion for the voice of our customers within the business
• Develop strong partnerships with cross-functional teams

Qualifications*WHAT YOU NEED*

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in both research-related work and data analysis techniques is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, market research, economics, or related field
• Capable of self-direction in a multi-task, deadline-oriented environment.
• Must possess a high level of attention to detail, and ability to take direction and ask questions.
• Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
• Strong desire to learn from and engage with a wide variety of internal stakeholders and external customers in virtual and physical environments
• Must possess and demonstrate proficiency in the following competency areas: ethics/Integrity, accountability, adaptability, flexibility, dependability, teamwork (collaborative teaming skills), interpersonal skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, written and verbal communication Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and the consumer.)
