This rapidly growing company seeks enthusiastic and reliable full-time Marketing Specialist to work out of our home office. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development and graphic design of presentations, marketing campaigns, sales flyers, and brochures.
  • Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, managing mailing lists, and determining success/ROI.
  • Update sales/marketing calendars, boards, and reports.
  • Assist with email campaign development.
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
  • Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends.
  • Maintain and update Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to offer ideas to support company growth and improvement.
  • Assist in creating proposals, quotes, and addendums for new business.
  • Compile all information for new client startups including contract and billing information, for distribution to appropriate office and field staff.
  • Data Entry of new opportunities into the CRM.
  • Other marketing tasks as needed.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of work experience and/or equivalent education, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, etc.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, Design (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Email software.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • SalesForce and Proposal software experience a plus.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening.
  • Integrity and ability to work independently.
  • Ideal candidate must be able to pass criminal background check, be authorized to work in the US and have reliable transportation.
