The Position:

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist that has a passion for storytelling, loves to collaborate across departments and problem solves with the best of them. This purpose driven individual will help the dynamic, rapid growing marketing team with all things marketing. Bring your project management skills to the table and help the team execute on social media and B2C goals. From general marketing to managing multiple vendors you will need to be highly organized, and results focused to help the team meet company goals.


The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for daily marketing administrative duties, vendor management, preparing promo material, presentations, and social media content. To be successful in this role, you must have strong verbal and written communication, have a strong understanding of B2C marketing goals, and have the ability to manage multiple projects at once. We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven individual to assist the marketing team to ensure company goals are met.

The Duties:


General Marketing

  • Digital Audits

  • Digital and printed marketing collateral – quarterly

  • Ensure that Marketing SharePoint is organized and updated – ongoing

  • Update website

  • Add in headshots

  • Update team titles and departments

  • Sit in on website discussions for edits

  • Prepare and execute mailed campaigns for internal teammates, clients, or external partners as needed

  • Creating lists and coordinate the gifts: assemble, print labels, ship

  • Continual maintenance of the marketing closet and inventory of promotional items


  • Audit social media presence from B2B standpoint such as but not limited to headshots and LinkedIn banners lead the content calendar creation

  • Build out visual content across branches by scheduling and coordinating outer markets to have a headshot

  • Managing outside vendor quotes and communication


Marketing B2C

  • Order branded merchandise for internal teammates as well as promotional merchandise for recruitment marketing purposes

  • Manage the branded merchandise ordering for internal teammates, recruitment marketing and other recruitment B2C marketing items as needed

  • Collaborate with our Senior Recruitment Marketing Manager to understand job board data for monthly audits specifically the usage report

  • Branch branding support

  • Additional signage needed (ex. a-frame signs, “now hiring” flags, tablecloths, branded tents, etc.)

  • Maintain MGI building signage and branding

  • Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing initiatives

  • Ownership of general graphic edits like signature and flyer updates

  • Facilitate community brand presence, executing audits throughout the year for table set up, community experience, etc.

The Qualities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Excellent time and project management abilities as you will be working between two areas of the business.

  • You are a team player and raise your hand to figure out solutions.

  • Attention to detail and creativity for building content

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred

  • Experience1-2 years of experience in a customer facing role or comparable marketing experience

  • Ability to operate Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new programs quickly
