The Marketing Specialist will be a determined and friendly professional with an advanced understanding of human behavior and a desire to help customers find exactly the right productized service offering to suit their needs. We are a successful hybrid cloud solution provider with aggressive growth plans and we're looking for a self-starting Marketing Specialist to oversee promotional events, lead generation strategies and improve client retention. The ideal candidate for this position has a positive attitude, a tireless work ethic and an insatiable appetite for growth.

What are the details?

Primary Responsibilities:

  • The primary measure of success for this role is revenue production driven by marketing and lead generation. This individual will need to show the lifecycle of the sales process, from lead to deal closure, for all associated lead generation programs

  • Responsible for the management and execution of marketing strategies related to business development, inclusive of outbound email and communication campaigns, content syndication, webinar and event planning, as well as other inbound lead generation strategies

  • Deliver integrated marketing programs focused on lead generation that align with both short and long-term business goals

  • Partner with the Business Development team and leadership to drive B2B demand generation strategy and tactics

  • Organize virtual and in-person events, coordinating with our staff and our partners to ensure appropriate attendance, content presentation and follow-up

  • Develop, manage and lead our Social Media campaigns to increase our Brand recognition and drive interest to our productized service offerings

  • Work with the Director of Revenue Generation to develop and execute industry-leading Lead Generation campaigns and track the results

  • Develop and maintain our Corporate Marketing standards, policies and templates

  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Team to develop and improve marketing plans for new and existing Productized Services

  • Coordinate with outsourced Marketing relationships to make sure that timelines, objectives and budgets are being met

  • Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints

  • Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies

What do you know?
Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field

  • 2+ years in digital marketing and promotion

  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills

  • Experience with building marketing strategies and have a track record of successful execution

  • Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies

  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com is a plus

  • Experience with HubSpot is a must

  • Ability to multi-task daily projects and commitments and collaborative skills to work with other vendors and internal resources to accomplish objectives

  • Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline, proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Canva is a strong plus
