Education:

• Degree in Marketing or related field (Required)

Experience:

• Have at least 2 years of demonstrated experience as Marketing Specialist or Similar Role (Preferred 2-4 years)
• Hospitality/Business (Preferred)

General Requirements

• Thorough understanding of Traditional & Digital Marketing Platforms and Research Methods (Google Adwords, Meta Business Suite, SEO, etc.)
• Demonstrable experience in Marketing Data Analytics & Tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Marketing Softwares & Applications (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Knowledge of WIX Web Building Platform is preferred
• Well-organized & Detail-oriented
• Exceptional Communication & Writing Skills

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Daily Social Media planning and oversight for several locations in different states (including Washington, DC; Philadelphia; Brooklyn; South Florida and all future locations)
• Maintaining promotions on our website, Google My Business, Eventbrite, and all social media
• Setup and monitoring of paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Designing and upkeeping all company marketing materials for print and web
• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager and team members to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
• Monitoring reviews on Yelp, Google, and Tripadvisor and all review platforms.
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
