o Understanding of the construction process
o Being Prepared to preform daily projects and scopes
o Understand project goals, deadlines, specifications and upper management directions.
o Have a comprehensive broad understanding of commercial construction sites
o Develop a safe work zone
o Propose value added ideas to the work environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
o min 2 years construction experience
o Experience with New Work Masonry preferred
o Commitment to detail and strong sense of urgency
o Exceptional skills
o Must be organized and possess problem solving skills
The right candidate will should also be very self-motivated and driven and have the ability to manage their own
workload with minimal supervision.
