FCC is seeking experienced, ambitious and dedicated MATERIAL SERVICES (FORKLIFT DRIVER) ASSOCIATES on 2nd and 3rd shift].

Job Description Responsibilities include:

• Assist with coordinating activities and verifying records for incoming and outgoing shipments, and safely prepare items for shipment. Comply with all company safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Follow written and verbal direction to maintain accurate and efficient shipping and receiving schedules, including work standards.
• Receive and ship out thorough system controlling invoice.
• Assist with all shipments/documentation for customer shipments. (*ASN)
• Maintain departmental organization of all finished goods and component FIFO.
• Pull inventory for use in FIFO orders.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
• Ensure conformance with all CTPAT security guidelines.
• Maintain material handling equipment preventative maintenance plans.
• Comply with departmental continuous improvement activities, including cost down ideas for better, more affordable freight carriers.
• Promote and ensure conformance to the companies IATF 16949 procedures (work standards, regulations, quality manual).
• Promote and ensure conformance to the companies ISO 14001 procedures (recycling, reducing waste).
• Promote and ensure a safe, clean, harassment free, working environment. Comply with department 5C activities
• Effectively communicate with management, direct supervisor, associates and suppliers
• Additional projects assigned by management

Preferred Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED – Required

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Shipping/Receiving in a manufacturing environment
• Computer knowledge
