SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the overall maintenance of the Northeast terminals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS will include the following:
- Perform maintenance in propane/butane storage terminal with rail and truck loading/unloading facilities
- Perform various tasks including, but not limited to, operating facility equipment, mechanical troubleshooting; compressor, pump, and valve maintenance; testing system safety devices; routine daily inspections, calibration of process equipment, and completing weekly maintenance work orders
- Enforce company policies and procedures along with creating work permits and hazard assessments
- Work with Cavern Engineer to perform Cavern workovers/MITs
- Comply with OSHA 1910.119 PSM regulation as it applies to facility operation
- Complete required computer-based training
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills, comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and various computer platforms
- A valid Driver’s License is a condition of employment
- Occasionally on-call with the ability to respond within 1 hour
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision or within a small, dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using a truck with plow, tractor, and industrial forklift.

- Ability to work in a safe manner and remain alert during scheduled shifts, including day and/or night shifts.
- Ability to occasionally travel to work or field locations, and/or to attend meetings or training.
- Ability to work indoors, in an office environment, regardless of whether cubicle, open office, or private office.
- Ability to work in environments with varying noise levels.
- Ability to work under various environmental conditions including high and low temperatures and various other atmospheric conditions.
- Ability to climb ladders and/or scaffolds and work from elevated surfaces.
