Full-time Medical Assistant needed at Bryn Mawr Medical Specialists Association. This candidate must be motivated and dependable. Our perfect candidate has keen attention to detail and possesses strong communication skills. Also, MUST be able to work on a strong team and interact with clients in a friendly demeanor.
Skills/Responsibilities:
· Answering telephones
· Scheduling and confirming appointments
· Checking patients in and out
· Conducting insurance verification and referral requests
· Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
· Professional conduct and appearance
· Ability to work with a team
· Interpersonal/communication skills
· Phone and computer skills
· Knowledge of medical terminology required
· Insurance and billing experience preferred but not required
Salary/Benefits
· $17-$22/hour
