$18 - $20 an hour
- Assists Physician(s) in all aspects of patient care, including maintaining and overseeing the Physician's schedule, maintaining the patient's electronic medical records, educating the patients and answering patient questions under the direction and supervision of the Physician.
- Understanding of HMO/PPO/POS/Medicare insurances
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record System (EPIC preferred but not required)
- Strong Computer Skills
- Schedule new and follow up appointments for multiple locations
- Obtain insurance eligibility and check for valid authorization.
- Verifies patient information by interviewing patient; recording medications; confirming purpose of visit
- Administer medications
- Complete medication prior authorizations
- Clean and stock exam rooms
- Prepares patients charts 3-days before patients appointment
- Complies with Joint Commission requirements.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
