We are seeking Full-time Medical Front Desk Specialists for various outpatient healthcare clinics through the Phoenix area.

Schedules vary by location:

Monday - Friday 8am - 5:30pm (no weekends)

Monday - Saturday, with flexiblity to work between 7:30am - 8:30pm

40 hours/week

(will discuss during interview)

Starting at $17/hour

Professional Requirements

• High school diploma, GED equivalency
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, no weekends required
• Intermediate computer skills
• Six months customer service experience preferred
• Able to type 40-50wpm
• Complete all pre-employment screening*
• Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks effectively

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• This role is a non-driving position. This position is performed at one location and does not require travel to various Terros Health centers. May be 18 years of age and with less than two years’ driving experience or no driving experience
