Job Description
We are seeking a friendly receptionist to provide excellent customer service in our Hospice office in Los Angeles. The potential candidate must be friendly, a team player, and ready to learn!
Responsibilities:
- Answer, direct, and take messages for phone calls
- Organize supplies
- EOB packets
- Assist with filing
- Update bulletin board
- Assist with sending faxes on RingCentral
- Keep track of needed office supplies
- Upload to document image and email copies of wound reports to patient’s nurses
- Offer help and assistance to all members of the office
- Assist with incoming applicants
- Maintain and organize office
- Assist with referrals
- Assist with EOB packets
- Assist with SOC binders
Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma/GED
- 6 months- 1 year experience in medical facility setting
- Great communication skills
- Multitasking abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
