Become a Mobile Care Professional Independent Driver with Provado Mobile Health

Provado Mobile Health is an On-Demand Platform for Community Health and Transportation Services. Our Mobile Health Network of professional private transportation providers service a large community of select health plan members using their own vehicle.

Job Description:

We are seeking professional, punctual, polite, and responsible individuals to use their own vehicles to serve as independent Mobile Care Providers, driving members of select health plans to and from their medical appointments.

Often thought of as a healthcare Uber Driver, no medical care is required during transfer – simply reliable, on-time service. Mobile Care Professionals and Driving Caregivers are independent contractors who drive members on weekly provided availability and earning are based on hours of availability. Reliable, on-time, accountable service people!

General Preliminary Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older

• Own a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle in good cosmetic and operating condition. *No large trucks or vans, or V8 engines please*

• Have a clean Criminal Background History with no felonies and violent or sexual crimes (past 7 years)

• Have a good Driving Record with no more than one (1) moving violation or accident in the past 3 years, and no license revocations or suspensions in the past 5 years

• Be currently CPR/First-Aid Certified (or willing to do so)

• Complete and successfully pass a Drug Screening test

• Own an Android or iOS Smartphone (or be willing to obtain one)

Network Onboarding Requirements:

Complete and pass CTAA’s Passenger Service and Safety (PASS) Basic online training course (2-3 hours; paid for by Provado Mobile Health)

Complete and pass NSC’s Driver Safety Course online (2-3 hours; paid for by Provado Mobile Health)

Schedule timeframes available: Monday-Saturday from 6:00 am till 5:00 pm. Part-time shift is also available, must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week and 8-hour per day.

Also needed is a driver who can provide services 4am-12pm

We have prescheduled standing order member trips with recurring appointments.

Daily minimum rate of $100.00 , then additional earning applied to each additional trip after the minimum trip threshold has been reached.

Trip earnings per trip leg

0-6 Miles $13.00

7-10 Miles $17.00

After 10 miles, each additional mile is paid at $1.20 more per mile, example listed below.

11 miles    $18.20

12 miles     $19.20

13 miles    $20.20

(a 13- mile trip is paid @ $20.20)

We have standing order scheduled trips with regular recurring appointments. (Dialysis, Chemo/radiation, etc.)
