The starting rate for TMA's is $18.39 to $21.98 per hour, depending on previous/applicable experience. Day or Evening shift with option of 12 hour shift working 72 hours per pay period.:

Job Requirements:
- Nursing Assistant (NAR) on the MN State Registry in good standing or the ability and plan to complete Nursing Assistant course work and/or complete skills and written competency testing in accordance with regulations and care center policy.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Successful completion of the MDH approved course, “Medication Administration of Program for Unlicensed Personnel”.
- Maintains CPR Certification.
