CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union, a not-for-profit financial cooperative, has an immediate opportunity for a full time self-motivated, outgoing, and energetic Call Center Specialist.
Call Center Specialists provide professional and courteous service to Credit Union members and work in a fast paced team environment. Call Center Specialists are responsible for providing account information, referring products and services, and meeting sales and service goals. Call Center Specialists will also perform administrative tasks to complete the full cycle of member service.
Qualifications for this position:
- Ability to demonstrate consultative selling techniques to meet sales goals
- Multi-tasking, administrative, and organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- One year Call Center/Financial Institution experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking ability is a plus
