The Member Service Specialist (MSS) processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, cash advances, cashiers' checks, money orders, bank-to-bank wires, and miscellaneous sales such as gift cards. The MSS actively cross sells products and services.
The successful candidate should be well organized and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. They should possess excellent computer and communication skills. The job requires the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
This position is located at our Brunswick, GA location.
