Description:
- Greet and assist all visitors to the membership office.
- Answer telephone within 3 rings using correct greeting and telephone etiquette.
- Direct callers to the appropriate associate, qualifying as existing members, prospective members, and resort guests.
- Distribute prospective membership leads to the appropriate membership Sales Manager.
- Possess full knowledge and understanding of membership offerings and policies and clearly communicate them to current and prospective members.
- Possess full knowledge of resort amenity offerings and policies and clearly communicate to guests. Assist membership candidates with the membership enrollment process, including assistance with forms and clarification of club policies, when necessary.
- Assist Sales Managers with providing sales presentations and tours when needed.
- Assist with onboarding of new members to include membership documentation and new member orientations.
- Enter all new member information into Jonas.
- Print new membership cards and prepare welcome packets.
- Resolve member/guest concerns, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Check and distribute mail daily.
- Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies.
- Assist with clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and collating.
Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.- Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
- Maintain workstation with necessary supplies.
Qualifications
- 2 years of administrative/clerical and/or customer service experience; preferably in a club or hotel setting.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
- Ability to work occasional weekends and/or holidays.
- Must be a service minded individual with a positive attitude who truly enjoys helping others.
- Must be adept at handling stressful situations seamlessly.
- Hospitality background is a must.
- Must be dependable and punctual at all times.
- Must be able to work at Watersound Beach Club, Camp Creek, and Shark’s Tooth, as well as other locations when necessary.
